Pelly has a modern, fully equipped k-12 school that offers a complete high school program. A compliment of 18 staff and teachers look after more than 100 students from the Village and surrounding area. The school includes an up-to-date computer system, a fully equipped shop and home economics facility, a modern library, a science laboratory, a technology lab and a full-size gymnasium.

Recent funding from the Province of Saskatchewan has allowed Pelly to establish a provincially recognized day care centre. With room to accommodate as many as 34 children, the Pelly Daycare has been running since the fall of 2010 and will serve the area.
